Moringa is touted as a superfood and highly nutritious. I originally bought seeds so we could feed our chicken’s healthier greens.
My seeds are certified and cleared through customs from Nigeria.  They were purchased three years ago and it’s from these that our plants are grown.

Moringa is a very fast-growing tree and provides dappled shade. Pods, leaves, and flowers are edible. We drastically prune them to encourage new tender leaf growth.

I’ve dried them and used them in soups and stews like dried parsley, for a nutritional boost.
