A dedicated space, dedicated tools, and a day set aside just for this.
I keep a room that’s used for nothing else. Only gluten-free ingredients live there. Only gluten-free pans, bowls, and equipment touch it — including a kitchenAid mixer that has never, and will never see a grain of wheat. I bake gluten-free on its own day, and only gluten free on that specific day, so there’s no chance of cross-contamination from anything else moving through the kitchen.
It’s slower this way. It’s also the only way I can completely trust the process and outcome.
I can always trust their service and food that it will be good quality, hand made, and most of all delicious.

Gluten Free Kitchen, two years in the making.
For years I have made gluten free cookies and gluten free mini loaves, available through our cottage bakery. I have always provided at least a couple alternatives for my G.F. friends. After hearing your stories, and your expressions of appreciation for our efforts, we have decided to tackle gluten-free baking the best way possible.
It’s taken a couple years of outfitting this space into becoming a completely stand-alone, gluten-free kitchen. We love creating for you unique and delicious gluten-free pastries and baked goods. It’s challenging, but worth it.
We both thank all of you who have encouraged us and our baking through the years.
We are privileged to share our golden years with you all.
