Our Vegan substitutions are generally; oat milk, I use coconut milk when it won’t overpower other flavors, for dairy milk, avocado, sunflower or canola oil. Also imperial margarine, or Violife vegan butter substituted for butter. Aquafaba and flaxseed meal for eggs.
